3 Kings Consulting - Terms of Service, Liability & Privacy Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services provided by 3 Kings Consulting, you (“Person Served”) agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services (Indiana Compliance Notice)

3 Kings consulting provides non-clinical emotional peer support and spiritual alignment services intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

In accordance with Indiana law, you acknowledge:

• These services are not licensed mental health treatment

• The provider is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional

• No diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any mental illness is offered

These services are intended for supportive and educational purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

You agree that these services are not a replacement for:

• Licensed mental health counseling

• Medical or psychiatric care

• Substance abuse treatment

If you experience severe distress, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, you agree to seek immediate assistance from:

• A licensed provider

• Emergency services (911)

• A Crisis hotline

  
  

  3. Person Served Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you agree:

• You are fully responsible for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being

• You assume all risks associated with applying insights or guidance from sessions

• You understand results are not guaranteed

3 Kings Consulting is not liable for:

• Decisions you make

• Actions you take

• Outcomes resulting from services

  
  

  4. Confidentiality & Privacy (Indiana Standards)

Your privacy is respected and protected to the fullest extent reasonable.

Information shared:

• Will be kept confidential

• Will not be disclosed without your consent

Exceptions (as required by Indiana Law):

Confidentiality may be broken if:

• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

• There is suspected abuse or neglect

• Disclosure is required by court order or legal obligation

Electronic communication (text, email, virtual sessions) carries inherent risks, and absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

5. Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Services may include:

• Tarot or intuitive guidance

• Spiritual coaching

• Meditation or mindfulness practices

You acknowledge:

• These are subjective tools for reflection, not factual guarantees

• You retain full responsibility for interpretation and decisions

  
  

  6. Payment & Fees

All services must be paid in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Late payments may result in denied or rescheduled services.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect both your time and the provider’s schedule:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session fee

• Persons served arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled without refund

One courtesy reschedule may be granted at provider discretion.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. However:

• Refunds are not guaranteed

• Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of 3 Kings Consulting

• If a service is canceled by the provider, a full refund or reschedule will be offered

Packages or multi-session services:

• Are non-refundable once stared

• Must be used within the agreed timeframe

  
  

  9. Code of Conduct

Persons served agree to:

• Communicate respectfully

• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

3 Kings Consulting reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate services at any time

• Do so without refund if conduct violates these terms

  
  

  10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indiana law, 3 Kings Consulting shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Emotional distress resulting from participation

• Loss of income, relationships, or opportunities

  
  

  11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3 Kings Consulting from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in services.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

13. Communication Consent

By engaging in services, you consent to communication via:

• Phone calls

• Text messages (SMS)

• Email

• Virtual platforms (Zoom, etc)

You understand:

• Standard messaging/data rates may apply

• Digital communications may carry privacy risks

You may request preferred communication methods at any time.

14. Session Recording & Content Use Consent

Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit consent.

If consent is given:

• Recordings may be used for personal review, training, or service improvement

• No content will be shared publicly without separate written permission

You may withdraw consent at any time.

15. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee Authorization

By booking services, you authorize 3 Kings Consulting to charge the payment method on file in the event of:

• Missed appointments without notice (“No-Show”)

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

Fee Policy:

• Up to 100% of the session fee may be charged

This policy ensures respect for scheduled time and availability.

16. Results & Testimonials Consent

You may be invited to provide feedback or testimonials.

• Testimonials will never be shared with identifying details without your written consent

• You may opt out at any time

This helps maintain ethical marketing practices and person served confidentiality.

17. Boundaries of Service

To maintain professionalism and effectiveness:

• Services are limited to scheduled sessions and agreed communication channels

• Excessive messaging, emotional dependency, or crisis-level needs may require referral to licensed professionals

3 Kings Consulting reserves the right to:

• Redirect persons served to appropriate licensed services when necessary

• Establish communication boundaries to maintain service quality

  
  

  18. Force Majeure

3 Kings Consulting shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Illness

• Power or internet outages

• Emergencies

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited.

19. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between you and 3 Kings Consulting.

It supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.
